Blind Résumé
It's March! Fuck yeah! Hoops, baseball, NFL Draft talk...we're exiting one of the worst stages of the sports year and entering one of the best. We're finally getting into college hoops and the bubble talks; it took about a month longer than normal. Who's gonna dance? Who are the last four out?! With Selection Sunday less than a week away, it's time to start using the phrases, "Bubble Watch," "Tournament Résumé" and "Auto Bids" on a daily basis. So all this week we'll be playing Blind Résumé. We'll present two bubble teams' résumés and your job is simple: In the comments, say which team deserves to get in and which one doesn't. (If you think both are in -- or out -- suggest who you think has the better profile). You might know who these teams are, but don't spoil it for the rest of us. Since this is one of those blind item things, check back at 3 p.m. Pacific each day as we'll post the true identities in the comments.

Both these teams seem to be in the same wrong side of the bubble region, but I'd deff give an edge to team B, with their six wins vs. RPI top 50.
I have no idea who A is, but I think B might be Northwestern.
I agree with Bazooka Jones - both look to be on the bubble, with B having a slightly better chance.
Team B is Penn State and they should be in.
both need to win a few games this week. neither are hot and both have lousy computer numbers.
though the computer numbers seems surprising to me -- especially for team b which has a decent number of wins against good teams.
not really sure who the teams are.
a is south carolina?
b ohio state?
I am pretty sure Team B is Penn State and they almost certainly get in b/c the committee won't leap frog lower Big Ten teams over them. They played something like 10 teams with RPIs of 200 or below.
Other team is probably in also. Your "snubbed" teams this year are going to be, frankly, pretty sad.
uggh, I don't really like either team. Team A HAS TO BEAT SOMEBODY and Team B's borderline RPI means they must have some really soft wins on there. But six top-50 wins gives them some bragging rights. Both teams better hope conference tourney title games don't shrink the bubble (like Cleveland St. beating Butler in the Horizon).
You guys are getting good!
Team A is Florida
Team B is Penn St.
Both are really tough calls right now. Good thing their respective conference tournaments should help clear things up.
Penn State is also 4-2 vs RPI top 25.
Both were on the bubble for sure, no question about it.
