According to this report, ESPN is the top bidder to take over the BCS television rights when the current deal with Fox runs out after next season. If they get the deal, we won't have to suffer through Joe Buck ruining another championship.

I thought that Fox's A-team for the BCS was Thom Brennaman and the dreadful Charles Davis? I don't think that Buck has done a bowl game for them ever?
ReplyDeleteUnbelievable! I don't believe what I just read! Is this really happening, Bill?
ReplyDeleteEven if Buck isn't on games, then that means we wouldn't have to suffer through upwards of 150 band shots during one of the biggest College Football games of the year.
ReplyDeletegmoney is correct. joe buck doesn't have anything to do with the BCS games.
ReplyDeleteso I'm an idiot. zach, I'm sorry - I just associate Buck with all that is wrong with Fox and their BCS coverage is terrible. Like I said before, no matter who calls these games for Fox, we're better off without them
