Morning Headlines: Joe Pa Gets Contract Extension

Most mornings, we'll lead off the day with some AM headlines -- but not your traditional ones. Rather we'll focus on one game or story and write headlines that are completely inconsequential and insignificant to the outcome of the game. We'll give a few examples and then you'll play in the comments. Best headline (read: the one that makes us laugh the hardest) will get a shoutout in this space the next day. We'll provide the box score for the game as that can lend itself to plenty of content. Let's have some fun. The more insignificant, the better!

Yesterday's winner: Adam with this: Playoff hopes dwindle as Browns collapse in 4th quarter.

[Joe Pa gets extension].

-Big 10 coach gets three-year extension

-AARP: 'We thought we would finally grab him'

-Penn State coach to celebrate birthday Sunday

This is a toughy -- see what you can come up with in the comments.

...my long lost cousin. Too bad about that Iowa game, chap. But, boy, that 66-10 win over Coastal Carolina or 59-0 over Fla. International last year or that 47-0 win over Temple in '06; now there's some top-notch competition ol' boy.

Start playing some real teams mate and then get back to us on why you think you should ever be considered for a title game, Joe.
